Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and unopened, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For smart devices, please factory reset the product and remove any account/activation locks (e.g., Apple ID/Google/Samsung) before sending it back.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include photos/video and your order number for faster support.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For safety, software licensing, and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned:
- Digital/downloadable software or activation codes
- Opened in-ear audio products (e.g., earbuds/ear tips), unless defective
- Customized or personalized items (special orders)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (where applicable)
- Devices with account/activation locks still enabled or not factory-reset
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
TechNique ships within the United States only. Therefore, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.
